Payment Information

A credit card is required to reserve and guarantee your appointment(s).  The total amount will be pre-authorized upon completion of your reservation and will be charged after your appointment is completed. This is based on our cancellation policy below.

Please be advised, if using a debit card to make your reservation, authorization may freeze these funds until the final payment is charged at time of service. It can take anywhere between 3-5 business days to process/clear. This is the standard time frame set by most financial institutions, not Select Massage Inc.

Cancellation Policy

Select Massage Inc. requires a minimum of 24hr cancellation notice for all reserved appointments to avoid a cancellation fee. Customers who cancel a booking with less than 24hr prior notice will be automatically charged 75% of the total booking amount. Customers who cancel a booking with less than 4 hour notice will be charged the full amount of the total booking.

If you reserve an appointment for a same day service, this includes reservations made with less than 4 hours from time of appointment and you should cancel, you are subject to our policy for a cancellation made with less than 4 hour cancellation notice listed above.

Refund Policy

In the event a refund is issued for reasons outside of the standard refund policy, it is at the sole discretion of Select Massage Inc. Any refund amounts issued would be minus any tip paid out to your service professional.
